Role Description This full-time remote Business Analyst / Junior Business Analyst role at Club Auto des Grandes Ecoles focuses on supporting business decision-making through data-driven insights and clear documentation. On a day-to-day basis, the analyst gathers, analyzes, and interprets business data to understand performance trends and identify opportunities for improvement. The role involves mapping and documenting business processes, capturing business requirements, and translating them into clear specifications for stakeholders and technical teams.

The analyst collaborates with cross-functional partners, participates in workshops and meetings, and prepares reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations. Additional responsibilities include assisting with testing of new solutions, tracking project progress, and ensuring that proposed changes align with business objectives and user needs.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency with productivity and analysis tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software; familiarity with data visualization tools is an advantage).
- Robust organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment.
- Interest in the automotive or mobility sector and willingness to learn about the organization’s services and ecosystem.
