About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented Business Analyst (Entry / Junior) to join our growing team in Australia.
This role is ideal for recent graduates, career starters, and early-career professionals who are interested in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Process Improvement, Digital Transformation, and Business Operations .
The successful candidate will support business teams by gathering and analyzing requirements, reviewing business processes, preparing reports, identifying improvement opportunities, and helping translate business needs into practical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Support the preparation of business requirements documents and functional specifications.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with process mapping, workflow documentation, and gap analysis.
- Collect, organize, and analyze business and operational data.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and management updates.
- Support project teams during planning, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Coordinate with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders.
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and document testing results.
- Track business requirements, issues, actions, and project deliverables.
- Conduct market and business research to support decision-making.
- Monitor KPIs and business performance indicators.
- Identify process inefficiencies, operational risks,
and improvement opportunities.
- Support digital transformation and technology implementation projects.
- Maintain accurate business documentation, process maps, and project records.
- Assist with change-management and user-adoption activities.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, action items, and follow-up reports.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across different business functions.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and other business support activities as required.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Management, Engineering , or a related field.
- Recent graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous internship, academic project, or professional experience involving business analysis, data analysis, process improvement, or project coordination is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau , or other analytical tools is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall , or business analysis methodologies is beneficial.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar tools is a plus.
- Solid English communication skills are required.
- Knowledge of Australian business practices and workplace environments is beneficial.
- Familiarity with Australian data, privacy, and business regulations is an advantage.
