Requirements
ZIMMERMANN is seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our Finance team, where you will play a pivotal role in driving the performance and optimisation of our global ERP system, AP21.
As the primary finance super-user, you will partner closely with IT,
cross-functional teams and external ERP specialists to ensure finance requirements are clearly represented and embedded across the business.
This highly project-focused role will lead system enhancements, support new market implementations and champion process improvements that strengthen scalability, efficiency and financial control. It is an ideal opportunity for someone motivated by problem solving, technology, collaboration and practical business improvement in a fast-paced global environment.
Key Responsibilities
As Business Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
- Serve as the finance super-user for the AP21 ERP system, managing core finance configurations and supporting reliable integration with connected systems.
- Provide user training, clear documentation and trouble shooting support to promote effective ERP usage across the business.
- Partner with IT and external consultants on system upgrades, maintenance and configuration changes.
- Identify and implement enhancements that improve system capability, workflow automation and financial processes.
- Represent Finance in cross-functional projects, including POS implementation, global integration and supplier portal rollout.
- Gather finance requirements, assess impacts and support the design, testing, including user acceptance testing, and delivery of system changes.
- Collaborate with IT, Retail, E-commerce, Supply Chain and other teams to ensure finance considerations are incorporated into system decisions.
- Support FP&A;, senior management and vendor coordination as required.
