Join the Onboarding & Delivery team as the person who turns our value promise into reality for customers. You'll own the day-to-day onboarding motion, connecting data estates, deploying connectors, and driving customers to first value using proven playbooks.
What you'll do:
- Run onboarding work packages from kickoff through first value delivery
- Facilitate governance charter workshops and produce key documentation
- Support quality gate reviews (deployment readiness → first value sign-off)
- Advise customers on configuration to meet their evolving needs
- Partner closely with Customer Success Managers and Sales
What you bring:
- 3–10+ years in SaaS implementation, functional onboarding, or information management delivery
- Robust background in records management (classification, retention, governance, disposal)
- Proven client-facing consulting experience with senior stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with connector deployment or integration tooling
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- NV1 Security Clearance
Bonus points:
- Involvement in industry forums (RIMPA, ARMA, IRMS, ASA)
- Experience with Microsoft 365/SharePoint
- Background in regulated industries (financial services, government)
