Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of data analysis, business intelligence, statistics,



and performance measurement.
- Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical tools is advantageous.
- Strong ability to clean, organize, validate, and analyze structured and unstructured business data.
- Excellent quantitative, analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify meaningful trends and translate analytical findings into practical business recommendations.
- Familiarity with KPI development, dashboard creation, data visualization, and business reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly and concisely.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Proactive, curious, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities while collaborating effectively across teams.
