Business Development Manager – B2B Finance | Uncapped Commission

Our client is a leading non-bank lender providing fast, flexible funding solutions to Australian small and medium businesses. Specialising in unsecured business loans and working capital facilities, they help business owners access funding quickly through a simple digital application process, and are backed by a high-performing sales team with robust marketing, credit and operations support.

The Opportunity

This is a strategic growth role for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across QLD. You'll build relationships with brokers, accountants and SME clients, identify funding opportunities, and guide customers through the lending process from introduction to settlement — all with the backing of a team designed to help you win business quickly.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate current business through outbound prospecting and networking
- Build and maintain relationships with commercial finance brokers and referral partners
- Meet directly with SME owners to understand their funding needs




- Structure working capital and unsecured business lending solutions
- Manage your own sales pipeline from lead generation through to settlement
- Work closely with Credit and Operations to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Consistently achieve monthly settlement and revenue targets

About You

- Proven B2B sales or business development experience
- Experience within non-bank lending, commercial finance, business banking or fintech highly regarded
- Strong hunter mentality with a track record of winning new business
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Comfortable managing a high-volume sales pipeline
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
