Permanent Full Time | Labels & Print | Business Development + Account Management We’re looking for a commercially driven Business Development / Account Manager to grow new business, strengthen existing customer relationships and build a healthy sales pipeline across Australia.
? What you’ll be doing
• Win new business and grow existing accounts
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Develop long term customer relationships
- Prepare customer briefs, RFQs and quotations
- Work closely with Estimating, Customer Service, Prepress and Production
- Meet sales and gross profit targets
- Attend industry events and identify current market opportunities

We are looking for someone who is commercially sharp, proactive and genuinely customer focused.
You will ideally bring
- Strong business development and account management experience
- Experience in labels, print or a related manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Strong commercial awareness and customer focus
- A proactive, resilient and hands on approach
- Excellent organisation,
