We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across WA, representing an industry-leading provider of fixing and fastening solutions used across the mining, civil, and industrial sectors. This is a newly created WA role, with the successful candidate supported by an internal sales team to assist with quotes and lead qualification.

The role is predominantly road-based, covering clients throughout WA, and is suited to a BDM who enjoys face-to-face relationship building. A fully maintained company car, all necessary tools, and a competitive commission structure will be provided. The ideal candidate will have strong connections within the mining, civil, and industrial sectors and enjoy representing high-quality, premium solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Proactively identify and convert recent sales opportunities for fixed and mobile fixing and fastening solutions
- Execute business development strategies across mining, civil, and industrial markets
- Manage client relationships end-to-end, from initial enquiry through to installation and ongoing support
- Deliver product demonstrations and on-site presentations to key stakeholders
- Track sales activity, pipeline,



and forecasting through CRM systems
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction

Key Requirements

- Proven experience in business development or technical sales
- Background selling into mining, civil, or industrial sectors
- Experience with fasteners, fixings, industrial hardware, or mobile equipment solutions is highly regarded
- Strong commercial acumen with a solution-based sales approach
- Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong CRM discipline and reporting capability
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel
