:

- Own and grow a portfolio of existing clients
- Attend and carry out roof inspections where required.
- Hunt for new business across NSW to build a solid pipeline of potential clients.
- Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue and margin growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service, acting as a trusted advisor and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with senior management and operations to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Maintain detailed records of account activity and provide regular updates on proposed leads in our company CRM.




- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- Meet with key contacts, spending time to better understand each client needs and requirements.
- Attend various networking events.

You’ll nurture long-term relationships and drive growth by actively pursuing new opportunities across Sydney, and wider NSW.

What We’re Looking For:

- Ideally, but not necessary, experience in roofing.
- A charismatic person with the ability to expand existing accounts while winning new ones.
- A proactive mindset, with the drive to deliver results and exceed targets.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to spot opportunities and implement retention and growth strategies.
- Flexibility to travel across NSW and interstate as required.
- Autonomy to manage your own day while being supported by the entire team.
- A reputation for being reliable, trustworthy, and customer focused.
