Role Description The Business Development Manager will play a key role in expanding Tax Hub UG’s network, services, and partnerships within the Ugandan tax and business community. This part-time, remote position involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients and strategic partners, and supporting the development of outreach initiatives that promote tax literacy. Daily tasks include conducting market research, developing business plans and proposals, coordinating with the tax consulting team to align services with client needs, and tracking performance of business development activities.

The role also requires regular communication with stakeholders, managing follow-ups, and contributing to marketing and client engagement strategies that drive sustainable growth.

- Candidates should possess Sales Operations skills for managing pipelines, follow-ups, and conversion activities.
- Relevant experience in business development, sales, or partnership management, ideally within professional services or financial/tax sectors.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently in a remote setting, and proficiency with common digital collaboration tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field is preferred; familiarity with the Ugandan tax landscape is an advantage.
