About TechForGood
Every organisation buys technology.
Very few realise their ICT procurement decisions can also strengthen their ESG reporting, social procurement outcomes, carbon strategy and community impact—without paying more or changing the technology they buy.
That’s why TechForGood exists. We believe responsible procurement should be the smartest commercial decision a business can make. Everything we do starts with that belief.
- The hardware is the same.
- The software is the same.
- The suppliers are the same.
- The impact is not.
About the role
You’re an experienced ICT sales qualified. You know the Australian technology market, understand how organisations buy technology and have a proven ability to build relationships and generate revenue.
Now you’re looking for something different.
At TechForGood, we’re changing the conversation around ICT procurement. We help organisations achieve commercial, governance and impact outcomes through the technology they already buy. Your role is to take that proposition to market. You’ll grow revenue by developing existing customers, reactivating dormant accounts and winning new business across SME, mid-market and enterprise organisations.
This is more than a sales role; it’s an opportunity to become the commercial face of a business redefining ICT procurement.
What you’ll be responsible for
Help more organisations switch to TechForGood.
You’ll
- Grow revenue across an existing customer portfolio.

What Makes This Role Different?
You’ll still be selling leading technology brands and solutions.
Microsoft. HP. Dell. Lenovo. Apple. ServiceNow.
…and many more.
What changes is the outcome.
You’ll help customers:
- Buy the same technology at competitive market pricing.
- Strengthen ESG and social procurement outcomes.
- Reduce procurement and supply chain risk.
- Support circular economy initiatives through Recover-E.
- Create measurable environmental and social impact.
You’re not changing what customers buy. You’re changing who they buy it from—and why.
About You
You’ll bring:
- Demonstrated success selling enterprise ICT solutions in the Australian market.
- Proven experience selling ICT solutions across one or more of:
- Enterprise hardware
- Enterprise software (e.g. ServiceNow)
- Microsoft Cloud and CSP
- Cybersecurity solutions
- Networking and infrastructure
- Professional technology services
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
- Confidence engaging decision-makers from operational managers through to the C-suite.
- A proactive, self-driven approach to winning business.
Success in This Role
Within your first 12 months you’ll have:

- Helped position TechForGood as the smarter choice for ICT procurement.
Success isn’t measured by activity. It’s measured by changing the conversation.

you’ve done your job.
