Workfast is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Sydney team.

- $120k to $140k salary (based on experience)
- Uncapped commissions! OTE $250k+
- $15k car allowance paid monthly

Ideal candidates will have a proven background and experienced within the labour hire and blue collar recruitment sector working across industries such as civil, construction, rail, mining or manufacturing. Workfast provide recruitment solutions to some of the biggest Tier 1 construction, civil, rail, mining and infrastructure projects across Australia. As an creative labour hire company we pride ourselves on the quality of the workers we send out and the efficiency in which we do this.

About you

- At least 2 years sales or business development experience
- At least 1 year of sales experience in a labour hire or recruitment business
- 1 years account management experience
- Ideally have some recruitment experience but not required
- Willingness to chase new business and sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Results-driven mindset with a history of outperforming sales targets
- Happy to work in the office 5 days a week
- Excellent administration and organisational skills
- Willing team player who can work with our team to drive Workfast to further success
- Proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Full licence and own vehicle so that you can travel out to sites

- Leading pitches and presenting to clients
- Communicating with clients to better understand their requirements

- Site check ins and visits for meetings and new starters
