We're looking for a confident and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate high-quality, sales-ready appointments for our experienced Business Development Managers.

This is a true outbound role and is not suited to entry-level candidates.

Your Role As a Business Development Representative, you'll be responsible for:

- Outbound B2B prospecting to SME decision-makers
- Cold calling, warm follow-ups and targeted prospecting
- Building rapport and uncovering genuine business needs
- Qualifying commercial opportunities
- Booking high-quality appointments for our field sales team
- Managing your CRM pipeline and maintaining accurate records
- Consistently achieving appointment, quality and conversion KPIs

you'll have:

- ✅ Proven outbound B2B appointment setting, telemarketing or sales experience (essential)
- ✅ Experience speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- ✅ Strong objection handling and closing skills
- ✅ Confidence, professionalism and resilience on the phone
- ✅ Excellent communication and rapport-building ability
- ✅ Strong CRM and pipeline management skills
- ✅ A competitive, results-driven mindset

This role is not suited to candidates whose experience is primarily inbound customer service, retail sales or script-based call centre work. Training & Support
