As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Business Development Manager – Medical Aesthetics to join our team and help grow our injectable portfolio across South-East Melbourne and Adelaide.

More Than a Sales Role

This is an opportunity to build genuine partnerships with healthcare professionals while representing some of the most innovative products entering the Australian aesthetics market.

You'll own and develop your territory, combining commercial thinking with education, relationships and exceptional customer experience.

You will

- Build and grow a high-performing portfolio of clinic partners.
- Achieve sales targets by identifying new opportunities and developing existing accounts.
- Educate and support healthcare professionals across our injectable portfolio.
- Deliver engaging in-clinic product education, demonstrations and training.
- Support exciting new product and brand launches.
- Represent Dermocosmètica at workshops, VIP events and industry conferences.
- Collaborate closely with our sales, clinical and broader team to grow our brands and our business.

Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who brings energy, commercial drive and a genuine passion for the aesthetics industry.

You understand that great business development isn't simply about making a sale, it's about earning trust, understanding your customers and creating partnerships that grow over time.

You'll bring

- Strong commercial and business development capability.
- Experience within medical aesthetics, healthcare,



skincare or a related professional sales environment.
- Confidence delivering product education and in-clinic training.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- The initiative and accountability to manage your territory as though it were your own business.
- A cooperative mindset and genuine commitment to your customers and colleagues.
