Role Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to transform data into meaningful insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. The role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting business data, developing dashboards and reports, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and identifying trends, opportunities, and business risks. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements, design reporting solutions, improve data quality, and deliver actionable recommendations that enhance performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of business intelligence concepts, data analysis, reporting, and performance measurement.




- Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar business intelligence and data visualization tools.
- Basic knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, relational databases, and data modeling principles is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate analytical findings into clear, actionable business insights.
- Solid understanding of KPI development, dashboard design, and business performance reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, strong organizational skills, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate effectively across teams, and maintain high standards of data accuracy and integrity.
