Be this wonderful firms first Manager in their Southside Office to work alongside the financial planning team and build out the team from there starting out with a portfolio of clients, one accountant and an administrator.

Ths is a superbly modern, cloud based, innovative accounting firm with the head office based on the Gold Coast and they provide an absolute A1 service to their esteemed clients.

- For a multidisciplinary, finger on the pulse firm offering business accounting, financial planning, superannuation and insurance services.
- Directly with clients in a client focused team environment, on a huge variety of small to very complex entities and form lasting relationships while helping them achieve their business goals.

THE ROLE INVOLVES...

- Manage a portfolio of business services and tax clients across various industries
- Review financial statements, tax returns and BAS for companies, trusts, partnerships and individuals
- Provide proactive tax planning and business advisory services to clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor




- Lead, mentor and review work
- Attend client meetings and assist with strategic business discussions
- Ensure compliance with ATO requirements and relevant accounting standards
- Identify opportunities to improve client processes, profitability and efficiencies
- Assist directors/partners with workflow management and team performance

TO BE CONSIDEREDYOU'LL NEED...

- Your CA/CPA Qualifications and 1- 2 + years experince as a business services manager or supervisor
- Good longevity in previous roles & top technical and analytical skills
- A passion for helping Australian Businesses
- The desire for a long term role and to build meaningful relationships with clients
- An inquisitive nature to deliver solutions and a team player mindset
