AZ Connect is a trusted name in telecommunications infrastructure, delivering high-performance fibre solutions to major network providers across NSW. As we grow our field operations, we're looking for experienced cable haulers to join our crews in Western Sydney.

About the Role

You'll work as part of a hands-on field crew on active fibre installation projects across NSW. This is a physically demanding role with real variety across different sites and environments.

Responsibilities include

- Rod, rope and cable hauling across diverse environments and locations
- Supporting the crew with general site duties
- Maintaining strict compliance with safety protocols and industry standards

Please note: This role requires availability for weekend work and periodic out of Sydney and interstate assignments, with Living Away From Home (LAFHA) allowances paid when travelling.

What You'll Bring





- Demonstrated experience in rod, rope and cable hauling
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Physical fitness and a committed approach to safety
- Reliable, punctual and self-motivated, you show up and get it done
- Own transport in order to get you to/from our Western Sydney depot (Company Vehicle pooling to and from site)
- Current Class C Driver's Licence (minimum) — MR highly regarded
- Must reside in Western Sydney

Pay: $38.00 – $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 38.0 – 50.0 per week
