Café All-Rounder – Coffee Head Co.

Coffee Head Co. is looking for an energetic and reliable Café All-Rounder to join our small team in South Brisbane.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being busy, loves working with people and is happy moving between front-of-house, food preparation, running meals, cleaning and helping wherever the café needs them.

About the role

- Minimum 4 shifts per week
- Starting casual, with the opportunity to move into a permanent part-time position
- Weekday and weekend availability required
- Early morning starts
- Consistent hours available for the right person

Your day could include

- Taking orders and serving customers
- Using the POS and handling payments
- Preparing toasties and simple café food
- Running food and drinks
- Keeping the café, tables and service areas clean and organised
- Restocking and assisting with opening/closing duties
- Supporting the barista team during busy periods

What we’re looking for





- Previous café or hospitality experience preferred
- Friendly, confident and welcoming with customers
- Rapid and efficient during busy periods
- Reliable and punctual
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
- Someone who sees what needs doing and gets it done
- Basic coffee experience is a bonus, but not essential

We’re looking for someone who wants more than the occasional shift. Ideally, you’re looking for a café you can settle into, learn our customers and become a reliable long-term member of the team. Pay: $26.44 – $42.36 per hour
