This role is for an Adventurous Camp Manager. Responsible for the daily operations of the site and ensuring the delivery of outstanding service. This includes effectively allocating work to and supervising employees in all frontline and backline areas, as well as maintaining and complying with all safety, stock and equipment procedures.

Do you measure up?
Are you an experienced Camp Manager with at least 2 years experience, plus;
- Possess a strong work ethic and have excellent communication skills
- A demonstrated passion for service
- Sound knowledge of camp structure and management
- The ability to actively mentor and develop potential leaders within the team and foster an environment of growth and professionalism
- The ability to create,
implement and monitor operational systems and procedures
- Solid communication skills and professionalism
- A can-do attitude
