Job Title: Campus Manager

We are currently looking for a Centre Manager to join our Success Tutoring Centre In Torquay.

ABOUT THE BUSINESS

We are a community of young and motivated tutors. We believe in the power of motivating students which has yielded exceptional results across all our students! Success Tutoring is a community with multiple locations. Our team members are the most diligent and active in the education industry, ensuring a strong relationship with students is set as a priority. Success Tutoring provides tutoring in Maths and English for students in grades K - 12.

ROLE

We are on the hunt for someone passionate about education and is willing to work alongside the owner to bring the best tutoring service to our community in Torquay. Your day to day responsibilities will involve:

- Support, mentor and educate students from K-12 in English and Maths.
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients.
- Increasing client base via social media marketing.
- Advertising, training, recruiting and managing staff.
- Organising student bookings.
- Managing NA’s and change in availability.
- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value propositions.
- Responding to enquiries via mobile & email.
- General office administration, maintaining office compliance and greeting clients.

REMUNERATION & WORK HOURS ~ $30.99 p/h -$35.99 p/h + Bonus

20-25 HOURS WEEKLY MON-SAT

WORKING HOURS - MON- FRI 3PM- 7 PM AND SAT 8:30 AM-12:30 PM

(_Working hours will differ to begin with as the centre hasn’t officially opened.



Around 5-8 hours of work to begin with and it will gradually increase week by week). _

QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS

- Must have a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Must be undergoing or completing a bachelor degree at university
- Received adequate results during year 12
- Must have admin experience
