LSM Advanced Composites is a respected national and multinational manufacturer of precision components using premium composite materials.

A position is available in our fabrication team for an enthusiastic and organised individual with excellent attention to detail.

The role is primarily operating a CNC Cutting Table to cut material and prepare kits for the manufacture of bespoke components using advanced composite materials. This will also involve the organisation of stock material and the hands-on manufacturing of components.

Primary Duties

- Programme, set and run CNC Cutting Table
- Organisation and upkeep of production kits
- Keeping track of required stock material levels for job requirements
- Following set procedures to manufacture components from production kits
- Participate in general housekeeping of workshop/work area

Successful applicants must have

- An ability to work independently




- A high level of focus
- Good computer skills
- Pride of workmanship to produce quality products first time

Previous experience with the use of CNC machines or within a manufacturing environment is advantageous but not essential – training will be provided.

Hours

- Monday to Friday 6:00am - 3:00pm

This role will start as casual with the prospect for permanent employment after a 6-month probation period upon demonstrating capabilities.
