What's On Offer

- Approx. $135,000 + super (negotiable for the right candidate), plus applicable allowances
- Free housing available
- 38-hour week over a 19-day month, with a monthly RDO
- Relocation assistance up to $5,000
- Supportive structure — reporting to the Facility Manager, with RNs and care staff under you

The Chance / Main Duties

- Oversee care services and compliance for the facility, ensuring high-quality, person-centred outcomes
- Build an empowered team and positive culture through hands-on clinical leadership
- Lead accreditation improvement, addressing previous unmet outcomes as a key focus
- Apply strong knowledge of quality and accreditation standards, occupancy requirements and AN-ACC guidelines
- Cover shifts on the floor as required to ensure roster compliance
- Coach,



mentor and educate the team to continuously improve resident care and facility outcomes

What We're Looking For

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous experience managing quality, person-centred clinical care in an aged care environment
- Hands-on approach to clinical leadership
- Outstanding written and verbal communication, problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Strong computer literacy, with the ability to quickly learn new systems
- Must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or hold unlimited working rights in Australia (sponsorship not available for this role)
