Join a supportive Revenue team that helps ensure fair and consistent patient billing across SWSLHD - Fairfield Hospital.

- Play a key role in patient eligibility assessments, revenue management and customer service.
- Work collaboratively with clinical, administrative and finance teams to support positive patient and organisational outcomes.
- Be part of a collaborative and supportive team that is committed to delivering high-quality customer service and ensuring patients receive clear, accessible information about their care and associated costs.

- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to provide outstanding customer service.
- Enjoys working collaboratively with clinical, administrative and finance teams.
- Experience in patient administration, billing, revenue management or healthcare finance will be highly regarded.
