Midvale Early Childhood and Parenting Centre is seeking Certificate III qualified Early Childhood Educators to join our team on a casual basis.

About the Role:

As a Certificate III Educator, you will work under the guidance of qualified educators to implement engaging programs for children aged birth to four years. You’ll help create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment that supports children’s growth and fosters strong partnerships with families.

Key Responsibilities:

- assist in implementing group and individual education programs
- support daily routines and complete educational and domestic tasks
- positively guide children’s behavior and model appropriate interactions
- supervise children at all times with a focus on safety and wellbeing
- maintain confidentiality and communicate openly with families
- participate in staff meetings, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

- solid communication skills, ability to work in a team, and commitment to child safety




- skills in child supervision and developing observation techniques
- knowledge of child development and early years curriculum
- ability to follow direction and work collaboratively.

An hourly rate of $45.18 will be offered dependent on skills, ability and experience as well as a range of benefits including:
