About the Role

As a Dining Room Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests in our dining room. Your role will involve greeting customers, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring the dining area is always welcoming and well-presented. You’ll work closely with the kitchen teams to provide a seamless dining experience. This role is exclusively in the Dining Room and will be separate from the Front Bar team.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, guide them to their tables, and ensure they feel welcome and well looked after.
- Order Taking & Delivery: Accurately take food and drink orders, communicate with the kitchen, and serve meals efficiently.
- Beverage Service: Serve a variety of drinks,



ensuring RSA guidelines are followed.
- Table Maintenance: Clear tables promptly, reset for new guests, and ensure the dining area is clean and tidy.
- Team Collaboration: Work with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Problem-Solving: Address guest inquiries or concerns with a positive attitude.
- Compliance: Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and RSA standards at all times.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in food and beverage service including table service and carrying three plates.
- Passion for customer service and a friendly, approachable manner.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
- RSA certification.
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
