OSHC Educators – Casual/Part-Time

All-Star Kids | Geelong (Bannockburn Area) We’re looking for casual/part-time educators to join our incredible OSHC team.

If you’re studying, balancing other work, or looking for flexible, meaningful hours in a genuinely supportive environment, this could be the perfect fit.

About the role

Our OSHC programs operate before and after school, generally within the following hours (depending on the site):

- Morning: approx. 6:30am – 9:00am
- Afternoon: approx. 3:00pm – 6:30pm

Shifts are versatile and ideal for:
- university or TAFE students
- educators juggling multiple commitments
- anyone looking for fun, part-time work that fits around their lifestyle

Extra hours during school holidays

We also run school holiday programs year-round, offering:
- up to full-time hours during school holidays
- opportunities to work across different programs and age groups
- a great way to boost your income while gaining valuable experience

What we’re looking for

We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Enjoy working with school-aged children
- Are reliable, enthusiastic and a great team player
- Hold (or are working towards) a Certificate III, Diploma or Teaching qualification that is ACECQA recognised (highly regarded but not essential for all roles)
- Have a Working with Children Check (or are willing to obtain one)
