Your Responsibilities
- Managing Social Media, creating content and managing posts
- Support the Club Manager in daily operations and sales performance
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service
- Assist with staff scheduling, coaching, and goal achievement
- Engage members and build local community connections
- Execute local marketing and social media initiatives
- Maintain a clean, safe, and high-energy club environmentStep up to lead when the Club Manager is away
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in customer service, sales, or leadership (fitness industry preferred)
- Robust communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Organised, adaptable, and proactive
- Passionate about health, fitness, and personal growth
Requirements
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Availability for rotating shifts, including some evenings and weekends
