Victoria aims to manage multiple depots around Victoria, utilising this opportunity to maximise its own revenue stream to better support our groups and youth.

The Customer Experience Officers are responsible for all aspects of daily operations within our refunds depots. Our Geelong depot hosts two bulk processing machines which you will operate, loading and unloading customers cars, bags etc, some light maintenance work and other general duties.

The successful candidates will have an unwavering customer centric focus and take pride in the depot presentation, objectives and values.



You will not be afraid of working in a fast paced environment and will also have great flexibility across weekends as well as multiple weekdays.

Key Responsibilities:

- Attending recycling depot service area
- Processing customer returns in bulk machines
- Loading, unloading customer returns
- Assisting to process bin returns
- Assisting customers with operational instructions
- General cleaning and maintenance
- Other general duties as required

This position requires the staff member to:

- Ability to communicate effectively with staff, volunteers, customers, and suppliers
- Physical ability to lift and process returns
- Maintain OHS obligations and practices
- Satisfactory Police Check
- Valid Working with Children Check Card

Job Type: Part-time Pay: $31.00 – $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 20.0 per week

Experience

- customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (Preferred)
