Lead With Purpose
Lead strategic direction and governance for a respected Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation. Manage executive operations, oversee financial sustainability, and expand community partnerships to drive high-quality, culturally secure services across the Kimberley.
Duties
- Execute, monitor, and update the strategic plan
- Advise the Board on governance, risk, and finance
- Guide executive leaders to maintain strong workplace accountability
- Oversee financial performance, budgets, and resource allocation
- Build partnerships with Aboriginal communities, Elders, and government bodies
The Leader We're Looking For
- Degree in Business, Management, Social Work, or relevant discipline
- Senior executive leadership experience in NFP or community sectors
- Track record managing finances, budgets, and long-term sustainability
- Expertise driving business growth, grants, and contract management
- Proven ability leading teams through complex governance and compliance
Rewarding Leadership
In recognition of the importance of this executive leadership opportunity, you'll receive a competitive remuneration package including:
- Base Salary ranging from $180,000 - $200,000 PLUS Super
- Relocation Assistance up to $10,000 for the right candidate
- Annual Housing Allowance up to $50,000
- Fully maintained 4WD with private use throughout the Kimberley
- Negotiated Accommodation Allowance to support your relocation to Broome
