About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Change Analyst to support a major digital transformation program within a large Queensland organisation.

You will help translate technology and digital changes into transparent business impacts, support stakeholder engagement and business readiness, and ensure successful adoption and embedding of new systems and platforms.

You will work closely with Change and Learning Managers, Project Managers, product owners, SMEs, suppliers and operational teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct change impact assessments and identify impacted stakeholder groups.
- Support business readiness, adoption and embedding of digital changes.
- Develop change heatmaps, impact models and deployment plans.
- Coordinate stakeholder communications, learning and support activities.
- Support digital change and deployment planning across multiple initiatives.
- Translate complex technical changes into clear business impacts.
- Work with product managers, platform teams, suppliers and business stakeholders.
- Support post-go-live adoption and benefit realisation.




- Contribute to consistent Agile change and deployment practices.

About You

You will have

- Experience as a Change Analyst, Change Manager or Business Readiness professional within technology or digital transformation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills.
- Experience identifying business impacts and supporting organisational adoption.
- Ability to translate complex information into practical, user-focused outcomes.
- Experience working across large, complex organisations and with external suppliers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.

Desirable Experience Experience in one or more of the following will be highly regarded:

- SAP rollouts or platform migrations
- Power BI, data or reporting transformations
- Data platforms
- Cloud transformation
- AI / automation adoption
- SharePoint or similar business communication platforms
- Developing change heatmaps, impact assessments or visual artefacts
