Green Light are assisting in delivering projects for an industry leading organisation and have a requirement for a talented Change and Release Manager to work with a large enterprise end customer.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the processes, systems and functions to package, build, test and deploy approved Releases, changes and updates
- Establish the appropriate frameworks and apply industry standard practices and procedures to support the structured release and deployment of approved releases
- Analysis, planning and design of release packages, including assessment of risk and release scheduling
- Manage changes for a busy program of work – from commencement to completion
- Gather artefacts and evidence required to support changes
- Liaise with stakeholders to obtain change approval
- Present changes at Change forums
- Act as conduit between project, change owners and change approvers
- Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
- Assess the change impact
- Create change management strategy
- Identify, analyze, prepare risk mitigation tactics

Requirements:

- 5-7 years of change / release, deployment and project experience
- Strong practical ITIL/ITSM skill set with demonstrated experience with successful Implementation of services based release and deployment projects.
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.




- Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Excellent active listening skills.
- Problem solving and root cause identification skills.
- Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization.
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
- Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
