One of our State Government Clients is seeking to engage a Change and Communications Manager

1. Length of contract: 12 Months with possible extension
2. Location of work: Sydney CBD – 321 Kent Street
3. Eligibility: Australian Full Working Rights
4. Budget: $850 / Day + Super

Mandatory Skills and Experience:

1. Change management certification, with 5+ years' experience managing change, and solid knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
2. Ability to develop and implement integrated change management and communication strategies for Technology and Workforce Operations initiatives.
3. Proven ability to lead stakeholder assessment, engagement and communication planning to ensure impacted audiences are informed, prepared and supported through change.
4. Ability to design and deliver end-to-end communication plans, including leadership communications, presentations, newsletters, intranet content, FAQs, video scripts and change collateral.
5. Ability to develop actionable change management plans incorporating stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, readiness assessments,



training requirements and resistance management strategies.
6. Highly developed collaborative and partnering approach to stakeholder management, with the ability to build effective relationships and influence individuals as required.
7. Effective communication, presentation and facilitation skills, including communicating complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
8. Ability to provide strategic communications advice and coaching to senior leaders to help them communicate business priorities, transformation initiatives and organisational change.
9. Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and the phases of the project lifecycle.
10. Works systematically to resolve problems, identify causes, anticipate implications and make informed decisions.
