About the Role:Reporting to the Head of Technology Workforce Operations, you will lead the people side of change and deliver strategic communications for key Technology and Workforce Operations initiatives.

What You Will Be Doing

- Develop actionable change plans covering impact assessments, readiness checks, training needs, and resistance management.

- Create leadership communications, intranet updates, newsletters, FAQs, video scripts, and change collateral.





- Coach senior leaders on transformation comms and partner cross-functionally with People & Culture and Corporate Affairs.

- Track adoption metrics, manage change risks, and apply enterprise change standards.

Selection Criteria

- 5+ years in Change Management with robust knowledge of change methodologies and project lifecycles.

- Formal Change Management Certification (e.g., PROSCI, PCI) is essential.

- Background in People-Centered or Agile Change.
