We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead organisational and technology change initiatives within a large and complex ICT setting.
You will be responsible for developing and executing change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communications, training, change readiness assessments, and adoption activities to support successful business outcomes.

Key Requirements
- Proven experience delivering organisational change management within large ICT transformation programs.
- Demonstrated experience developing change, communication, training and stakeholder engagement plans.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills.
- Experience conducting change impact and readiness assessments.
- Ability to lead multiple change initiatives and deliver outcomes within agreed timeframes.
- Experience working within Agile, PRINCE2 or similar project delivery environments.
- Relevant Change Management qualifications, certifications or equivalent experience.
Highly Desirable
- Experience in Federal Government or other complex enterprise environments.
- Prosci, ADKAR, Change Management Practitioner, PRINCE2 or related certifications.
Security Requirements
- Australian Citizenship is essential.
- Current NV1 Security Clearance highly regarded.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1) Security Clearance.
