Launch Eddie’s | Newcastle Coastline
Be part of something from the very beginning. Eddie’s is a newly refurbished coastal venue with a brand-new fit-out, set to become one of Newcastle’s most recognised hospitality destinations. With a strong food focus and a brand-new kitchen, this is a venue built to deliver quality at scale.
We’re building our foundational kitchen team — Chef de Partie & Commis Chef — and looking for people who want more than just a job. If you’re passionate about food and want to shape a kitchen from day one, this is your opportunity.
The Opportunity
This is your chance to step into a new kitchen team, helping bring a newly transformed venue to life. You’ll be part of setting the tone — from kitchen culture to food quality and consistency — building a strong foundation from the ground up.
You’ll work closely under the guidance of our Group Executive Chef, bringing years of industry experience, offering strong mentorship and support across all levels of the kitchen.
We have casual, part time, and full-time roles available, with opportunities to grow as the venue and group continue to expand.
Successful candidates must be available to commence within 1 month for the upcoming opening.
