The Opportunity

We're looking for experienced Chef de Partie's to join the kitchen team at Florentino Dining Room. Working alongside an exceptional team you'll deliver refined Italian cuisine through contemporary technique, outstanding seasonal produce and uncompromising attention to detail.

Our ideal candidate will have

- 2+ years' experience as a Chef within premium, hatted or Michelin-starred restaurants
- Strong knowledge of traditional and contemporary Italian cuisine
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a high-performing kitchen team
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a section efficiently during service




- A passion for seasonality, sustainability and working with premium local produce
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation
- A genuine passion for hospitality and a desire to continue developing your culinary skills
