Located on West Coast Highway in North Beach, and overlooking the Indian Ocean, Salt and Oak offers a dining experience that celebrates the best of land and ocean. We offer a casual coastal breakfast menu and delicious coffee during the day, then by night our menu blends fresh, contemporary plates with refined classics, designed to be enjoyed with friends, family and a glass of something exceptional.

We're open 7 days a week - Monday to Friday from 6am to 2pm, then open up our dinner service from Thursday through Sunday, opening 6am -10pm.

We are seeking a qualified Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in preparation for the busy summer season ahead.

You'll be responsible for prep and service,



maintaining hygiene standards, section management, supervision and training of Kitchenhands and Junior Chefs. You should have previous experience in a busy café or restaurant, high service standards, attention to detail, excellent hygiene and food safety standards and be a team player with excellent communication skills.
