We have a casual position available for a Chef at the Canossa Private Hospital in Oxley. Your RoleAs a Chef, you'll be looking after the most important people in our organisation - our patients, residents and staff.

Your tasks will include: Prepare and cook daily nutritionally balanced meals for patients, residents and staffPrepare food in accordance with the official menu of Ozcare Services and to satisfy special function requirementsApply methods of cooking to a range of food items in their preparation for the given menuOrder main line food commodities and maintain stock reserves and control as requiredSupervise support staff directly associated with the kitchen workplace (where applicable)Ensure the needs of the patients and residents are met through regular monitoring of catering servicesMonitor and comply with Workplace Health and Safety and Environmental practicesDemonstrate commitment to continuous quality improvement in the Food Services DepartmentYour AttributesWe're looking for a person who has what it takes to support our aged care team to deliver exceptional services to our patients and residents.
