The Role

IPPUDO Australia is looking for passionate and reliable Cooks / Kitchen Staff to join our team at IPPUDOChatswood.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook ramen, side dishes, and other menu items following IPPUDO’s recipes and standards
- Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation meet brand expectations
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures
- Support overall kitchen operations and collaborate with the team
- Assist with stock rotation, preparation, and daily mise en place

Requirements

- Previous kitchen experience preferred, but not essential (training provided)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills
- Passion for food and Japanese cuisine
- Flexible availability, including weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Part time, Casual Pay: Up to $32.00 per hour
