POSITION CHEFS

Full time salary range $75,000 TO 80,000 PER year plus superannuation

Italian taste PTY LTD trading as quando quando cucina bar is looking for full time chefs to join our agile team with a dedication to deliver premium dinning Italian Cuisine

Duties will include

Must have experience in Italian cooking

Cooking contemporary style dishes in accordance with the menu

Preparation contemporary dishes

Planning and development of menu in collaboration with Restaurant Managers

Ordering food and kitchen supplies

Discussing food preparation methods with kitchen staff, waiting staff and managers

Demonstrating and training of cooking techniques to employees

Involvement in the selection process of potential employees

Preservation of food

Menu costing

Requirements, At least relevant

Diploma of Hospitality in Commercial cookery qualification plus 1 Year of full time post-qualification experience in the relevant position, or at least 3 years of experience as a chef.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.30 – $80,000.11 per year
