We are entering our next phase of growth and are looking for an exceptional Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our leadership team.

This is a pivotal role for a commercially minded, highly organised and strategically astute operator who can work closely with the Co-Founders and Board to help build the systems, people, processes and commercial infrastructure required to scale the business.

As COO, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day operating performance of TCN while working alongside the Co-Founders on strategy, growth and business development.

You will bring structure, accountability and pace to the organisation — ensuring that our people are performing at their best, clients receive an exceptional experience and the business is operating efficiently and profitably.

This is not a traditional corporate COO role. We are looking for someone who is hands-on, entrepreneurial and commercially driven, with the ability to move between high-level strategy and getting things done.

- Work with the Co-Founders and Board to execute TCN’s strategic plan and growth agenda
- Translate strategy into clear priorities, KPIs and accountability across the business
- Identify opportunities to improve performance, profitability and scalability
- Provide regular operational and commercial reporting to the Co-Founders and Board

- Own the day-to-day operational performance of the business
- Develop and improve systems, processes and workflows across the organisation
- Establish clear performance metrics and reporting




- Drive operational efficiency and ensure the business is scalable
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks before they become problems

- Work with the Co-Founders to build a high-performing team and culture
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management and professional development
- Establish clear roles, responsibilities and KPIs
- Build an environment of accountability, collaboration and high performance

- Work closely with the Co-Founders and finance team on budgets, forecasting and financial performance
- Monitor revenue, margins, utilisation, costs and profitability
- Help develop and implement commercial strategies to grow recurring and new revenue
- Improve pricing, resourcing and delivery models
- Support major client and business development opportunities

- Ensure consistently high standards of client service and delivery
- Develop systems that enable TCN to maintain its boutique, high-touch offering as it grows
- Work with senior team members to identify opportunities to increase client retention, revenue and lifetime value

We’re looking for an exceptional operator who combines commercial intelligence with strong execution.

You may currently be a COO, General Manager, Operations Director, Chief of Staff or senior executive in a professional services, media, communications, financial services, consulting or entrepreneurial business.

You’ll ideally have

- 8+ years’ experience in a senior commercial or operational leadership role




- Proven experience scaling a business or high-growth division
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Excellent people leadership skills
- A track record of implementing systems, processes and performance frameworks
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong strategic thinking combined with a very hands-on approach
- The confidence to work directly with founders, senior executives and a Board
- A high level of initiative, judgement and discretion
- A genuine desire to build something rather than simply manage what already exists

You are commercially hungry, highly organised and exceptionally proactive.
