Join Our Team! – Cook

Wiggles and Giggles Child Care Centre in Leonay is looking for a passionate, organised, and experienced cook to join our team. As a family-owned centre, we pride ourselves on creating a supportive and friendly work workplace.

What you’ll do:

- Plan menus and manage stock levels
- Prepare and cook nutritious meals for our 60 place centre daily
- Work with suppliers and manage weekly orders within budget
- Cater for food allergies and dietary requirements
- Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and welcoming

What we’re looking for:

- Prior experience in a similar role
- Qualification in hospitality or commercial cookery
- First Aid certification (including CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis)
- Working with Children Check (or eligibility to obtain)
- Food Handlers Certificate and Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
- Understanding of food allergies and dietary restrictions
- Right to work in Australia
- Early Childhood Education qualification (desirable)
