We’re looking for friendly, reliable and hardworking team members to join our Cinnabon NSW stores.

We have both FULL-TIME and PART-TIME positions available.

This is a great chance if you want to learn different areas of the business — not just customer service!

You’ll be trained to

- Roll, proof & bake Cinnabon products
- Make coffee and cold drinks
- Operate the cashier / POS system
- Serve and assist customers
- Preparing and serving Cinnabon products, drinks and display products
- Restocking products and packaging
- Maintain store cleanliness and presentation
- Following food safety and company procedures
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service
- Assisting with opening and closing duties when required

Previous hospitality, bakery or barista experience is a bonus, but training will be provided. We’re looking for people who are:





- Reliable and punctual
- Friendly, willing to learn, and follow store procedures
- Positive and customer-focused
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Flexible with weekday, weekend and public holiday availability
