The Opportunity:

As a Civil Engineer, you'll become part of a collaborative team delivering projects from concept through to construction. You'll gain hands-on experience across all phases of project delivery while working closely with senior engineers and project managers.

This role offers excellent technical development and the prospect to build long-term client relationships within a supportive consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare civil engineering designs for residential, commercial and industrial developments.
- Deliver road, earthworks, stormwater drainage and civil infrastructure designs.
- Assist in the delivery of subdivision and urban development projects.
- Prepare engineering reports, calculations and design documentation.
- Coordinate with surveyors, planners, architects and other engineering disciplines.
- Liaise with local councils, service authorities and clients.
- Support project delivery through design, approvals and construction phases.
- Contribute to the successful delivery of renewable energy and infrastructure projects where applicable.

About You:



We're looking for an engineer who enjoys solving technical challenges and is eager to continue developing their consulting career. Who wants to take ownership and accountability for delivery and client outcomes.

You'll ideally have:

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 3-7 years' experience within an engineering consultancy.
- Experience delivering land development and subdivision projects.
- Working knowledge of Queensland design standards and local authority approval processes.
- Experience using 12d, Civil 3D and/or AutoCAD.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced mentors.

Exposure to Land Development, infrastructure, stormwater or renewable energy projects will be highly regarded. Why This Opportunity?
