Anilan Contracting Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Civil Construction Formworkers to join our team in NSW. This position can be casual or subcontractor, working across a variety of civil and concrete construction projects. As a key member of our skilled trades crew, you will play an integral role in delivering high-quality, durable structures to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Constructing, installing, and dismantling formwork for civil and concrete structures
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings, plans, and specifications
- Assisting with concrete pours and general civil construction activities
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within project timeframes
- Maintaining safe work practices and adhering to WH&S; requirements
- Working collaboratively with site supervisors and crew members

Competencies Required:

- Several years’ experience as a Construction Formworker within the civil construction industry
- Solid practical knowledge of formwork systems and construction techniques
- Ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings




- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Construction Induction (White) Card or equivalent
- Current Driver Licence preferred
- Willingness to travel and work in regional NSW when required
