About the role

MS Civil is seeking a full time Civil Works Traffic Controller / MR Truck driver desirable to join our team in Hobart, Tasmania. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for assisting with a variety of civil construction tasks, contributing to the successful delivery of critical infrastructure projects across the region.

What you'll be doing

- Performing general site duties, including site setup,
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Following all safety procedures and wearing the required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Supporting the broader construction team as required

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in civil works or in a similar construction role
- Must have a current traffic control license/ certificate to implement site signage and stop/slow control
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour tasks
- Commitment to safety and a strong safety-first mindset




- Reliable and punctual with a positive, can-do attitude
- Current construction industry white card
