We are now seeking customer a service focused and luxury-minded individual to join our Team as Food & Beverage Supervisor across our multiple Outlets and continue to establish The Langham, Gold Coast as the market and service leader.

Key Responsibilities

n

As an experienced and passionate food and beverage professional,



you will anticipate our guests' needs, ensure the consistency of service and provide excellent knowledge of our menu.

n

You will provide superior service, quality and ultimately a seamless and luxury guest experience. You will exceed our guests' expectations by providing warm, authentic and timely service to build outstanding memories for our guests and team.

n

As a driven individual with a natural affinity for service and sales you will enhance this experience, to create great memories for our guests that celebrates the everyday.

Qualifications & Skills

n

To be successful for this role you will have customer service experience, be a good communicator and enjoy interacting with people. You must also have:

n

- Previous experience in F&B; leadership
n
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Attainment
n

n
