We are looking for a friendly, skilled and reliable Casual Medical Receptionist to join our welcoming medical practice.

About the Role
n
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in providing a warm and professional experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
- Welcoming patients and providing excellent customer service
n
- Answering phone calls and responding to patient enquiries
n
- Booking and managing appointments
n
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records
n
- Liaising with doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals
n
- Managing general reception and administrative duties
n
- Maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy
n
n
About You
n
We are seeking someone who is:
n

- Friendly, approachable and professional
n
- Reliable, organised and able to work independently
n
- Confident communicating with patients and healthcare professionals
n
- Comfortable using computers and medical practice software
n
- Able to multitask in a busy environment
n
- Previous medical reception experience is highly desirable, but training may be provided for the right candidate
n
