Job Description

Specsavers is seeking a CRM Manager to join the Marketing team on a 12‐month fixed term contract in Melbourne, with hybrid work and Port Melbourne in-office days. You will lead data-driven customer communications across lifecycle stages, drive retention and reactivation campaigns, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimise multi-channel program performance.

The role requires 4+ years in CRM or direct marketing, with proven ability to manage end-to-end campaigns and translate insights
