About the Role

n

As a Family Enrolments Specialist, you'll be the first point of connection for families beginning their Journey. You'll play a key role in shaping their experience, supporting enquiries, coordinating tours, and guiding families through the enrolment process.

n

Working closely with our Centre Leadership Teams, you'll help drive occupancy while ensuring every interaction is warm, professional, and aligned to our values.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Responding to family enquiries via phone, email and online platforms
n
- Building authentic connections with families and understanding their needs
n
- Booking and coordinating tours with our centres across VIC, QLD and NT.
n
- Preparing centres for successful tours and ensuring a seamless experience
n
- Following up with families post-tour to support enrolment decisions
n
- Managing enrolment documentation and maintaining accurate records
n




- Partnering with centres to support occupancy and waitlist management
n
- Contributing to continuous improvement across enrolment processes and family experience
n

About You

n

You're someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and creating positive experiences.

n

You'll bring:

n

- Experience in customer service, enrolments, sales support or administration
n
- Strong communication skills and confidence across phone and digital channels
n
- A natural ability to build trust and influence with warmth and professionalism
n
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
n
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
n
- Experience with CRM systems (desirable, not essential)
n
- A current and valid Working With Children Check (WWCC), or willingness to obtain prior to commencement
n
